Drivers are polite. But in comparison with Ecolines there are no WiFi, tablets, sockets, free hot water. Such buses are normal for trips that take no more than 6 hours. In Ecolines knees can't fell pain due enough of space for legs. But Minsktrans doesn't have enough of space

The bus was far away from the brand new, but it made its function. For a long drive it would be not really comfortable, but for a short trip it's fine.

The trip was very comfortable. The only negative aspect is the time of arrival. It was due at 4 am but we only got to Vilnius airport at 5.15...of course your company has no responsibility but it should be clear that there might be a major delay

As non Russian/Belarussian speaking and first time there, it took a bit of time to find the bus, but nothing really to complain about. The driver was very polite and friendly :)
