Vehicle was changed on the way from small 20-people bus to a big comfortable bus. Together with bus the driver was changed to a more friendly and calm one. So, the travel itself was fine, therefore 4 stars for vehicle.
Organisation requires improvement:
1. Our bus was late by 3 hours, but noone contacted us by phone, sms or email to advise about the delay. Bus simply did not arrive to airport and we had to call the contact details to see what is happening.
2. When we called, lady did not ask for ticket number or name, but only said "5 o'clock". Which in the end turned out to be incorrect. The correct time was 4:35 pm as we were in airport and not in Zachodnia. This confusion could have been avoided if the person on the phone asked for ticket number or name. Therefore only 2 stars for service staff. I do not put one star, because office was available, they answered fast, no waiting in the queue.
