  • Overall, the ride was smooth, the seat comfortable enough. That’s on the positive side. However, there were also unpleasant moments. To begin with, when handing over my luggage to a staff member in Minsk, I had to lift it quite high to get it loaded which caused me lower back pain. You should make it easy and comfortable for passengers. Another thing was the nonfunctional toilet. This is a major drawback. The trip lasted almost four hours before the first stop.
