Driver is excellent. Customs is terrible!

The trip generally was good, the bus is comfortable and wifi worked fine. The driver was good and informed in advance that there are new rules on the border control and there will be delays on the border, so this wasn't a surprise.

I only would suggest that certain announcements, like the one which driver made would be great to receive by email before the trip. Surely transport company is aware of new rules or laws and can predict such unusually significant delays. Fully get that carrier can't be responsible for the border control work, but using your experience with some predictions would be very much appreciated, especially with cases when new rules are coming out.

Another issue - toilet. On the border (between Belarus and Lithuania sides) there is no toilet (only in passport control holes, but those are only accessible before passport control itself, but not during the waiting time in between). We've been waiting between those borders for about 5 hours, it is nearly impossible to stay these period with no access to the toilet. There is a toilet in the bus, however the access to it was blocked, only one little kid had a chance to visit it. But adults, even reasonable young and healthy are also suffering from no ability to visit a toilet, so would be great to have access to the bus toilet.

Everything went well. The driver was knowledgeable and courteous . There was a bit of a wait time at both Belarus and Lithuania border. I was expecting it. Our bus departed at 8:40 on Friday and we arrived to Vilnius airport at 5.20 am Saturday.
