Due to lengthy border crossing times not caused by the carrier, we kindly ask you to read the following information and take these conditions into account when purchasing tickets! 1. In the event of extended border delays and, as a result, a bus departure delay of more than 3 hours, a refund will not be issued for tickets. Passengers who cancel their order (for the above-mentioned reason) will NOT be entitled to a refund. 2. If a bus departure is delayed by more than 3 hours due to the carrier's fault, passengers have the right to cancel their trip and, upon presentation of a confirmed cancellation ticket, may receive a full refund of the ticket price.

The ticket price includes one piece of baggage (weighing up to 30 kg and not exceeding 50x50x70 cm in size). Each additional piece of baggage is paid for directly with the driver, subject to availability.
