Minors (under 18 years of age) may travel abroad, including to the Russian Federation, only with a passport. Starting January 20, 2026, when crossing the Russian border into Belarus, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and South Ossetia (and from these countries into the Russian Federation), children under 14 who are Russian citizens must have a passport issued in their name. Baggage 1 piece up to 20 kg is included in the ticket price. Transportation of small pets up to 6 kg is permitted in bags (carriers) with a waterproof absorbent bottom. The animal must also have a tag and a registration certificate of the animal with a veterinarian's mark on vaccination against rabies, and in established cases - a veterinary certificate or veterinary certificate. Payment for the animal is 50% of the ticket price.
