In the event of extended border delays and, as a result, a bus departure delay of more than 3 hours, a refund will not be issued for tickets. Passengers who cancel their order (for the above-mentioned reason) will NOT be entitled to a refund. 2. If a bus departure is delayed by more than 3 hours due to the carrier's fault, passengers have the right to cancel their trip and, upon presentation of a confirmed cancellation ticket, may receive a full refund of the ticket price.
