The bus was quite good. But the drivers refused to help the passengers with the baggage. There were a lot of women who couldn’t lift their bags to put them into the baggage department but the driver was just watching them struggle. Thank God one of the passengers volunteered to help and was loading and unloading the bags of the other passengers.
If you charge 65 euros for a ticket you should provide decent servise.

I need a confirmation from your company about a delay. Intread of 17.30 on friday we arrived at 11.12 on saturday.
Drivers were very good and helpfull.

Trip was only 15 minutes later than the time specified even though the border went extremely slowly.
Everything ok, except the aisle seat I booked on the Infobus web site was a window seat in real... You should update your seat map!
1 - no wifi or it works very unstable
2 - no light or aire in bus
3 - storng heating when it was non required in the end of trabel
