TICKET PAYMENT METHODS

Please note that it takes up to 30 minutes to pay for your order after it has been placed.

1. Payment via BePaid system.

After placing your order and clicking the "Buy" button, you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the BePaid processing system (https://bepaid.by). The payment page of the BePaid system meets all requirements of data transmission security (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is maximally resistant to hacking. Access to the authorization pages is carried out using the protocol ensuring secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).

On the payment page, you will see the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the "Pay" button. The card must support 3-D Secure technology, this is a prerequisite for a successful payment. The system will ask you to pass the standard procedure of cardholder verification on the page of your bank. The funds will be deducted from your card automatically; you do not need to confirm anything additionally.

If necessary, the payment system provides an opportunity to link the card for purchasing tickets in the future. To do this, move the "Save card data for future payments" slider to the right.

2. Online Purchase with Payment via ERIP System "Raschet":

You can also pay for tickets on our website using the ERIP payment system and your bank's application (or bank terminal). After filling in your details and clicking the "Buy" button, you need to select ERIP among the payment systems and click the "Pay" button. The system will redirect you to the page with your order data (the amount to be paid and its number) and the description of the way to make the payment. Then you need to use your bank's application (internet banking) or a bank terminal.

Step-by-step instructions for payment in the ERIP system are as follows:

  • Select the ERIP item in Internet banking, mobile application, or terminal.
  • Select consecutively the tabs:
    • System ERIP
    • Tickets, lotteries
    • Transport tickets
    • Infobus.by bus tickets
  • Enter the number for payment in ERIP: your order number.
  • Check the correctness of the entered information.

3. Purchasing a ticket using the service “Oplati”:

The last payment method presented on the site is the payment service "Oplati." This service offers the technology of ticket payment with the use of a QR code. To make a payment, you need to have the "Oplati" application on your smartphone and a valid account in it (payment is possible only after registration). You can download the "Oplati" app from the App Store, Google Play, or AppGallery: https://getapp.o-plati.by.

Paying for tickets from the desktop (computer) version and through the app (as well as the mobile version of the website) has slight differences.

After placing an order on our website via computer, as standard, you need to select the "Oplati" system from the three offered. After that, you will be redirected to a page where your order number and a unique QR code will be displayed, which will be available for scanning by the application on your phone for 60 seconds. In case the time for payment has expired, you will have the opportunity to get a new QR code to complete the payment (on your computer on the page with the code you should press "Update QR"). You need to scan the code with the help of the application itself, where you should have your account open. On the main page of the application, there is a blue circle at the bottom, pressing on it will open the camera for scanning the code. After scanning, you will see a sign with the amount of payment. It is necessary to press the button "Go to payment". After completing the payment, you can view the payment receipt in the subsequent pop-up notification.

Money is debited from the electronic wallet of the service, which can be topped up from any bank cards without commission, via ERIP, bank transfer or transfer from another "Oplati" wallet.

On our website, we accept cards from payment systems such as Belkart, Visa, and MasterCard (including their variants), as well as MIR cards for payment via the BePaid system.

For your information: for card payments in foreign currency, the conversion will be conducted at the rate of your card-issuing bank into Belarusian rubles.

After completing payments, all necessary information, including the payment receipt and ticket, is automatically sent to the email address you provided during the purchase. For the "Oplati" system, the cheque in the payment history of the application itself is relevant. Please save the payment data from the payment systems. You can also view your order in your personal cabinet on the website or in the app; in the "My Tickets" section of the website, indicating the order/ticket number and security code, if you have not registered.
