In accordance with currently applicable regulations, only citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus may cross border crossings between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. In accordance with paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Russian Federation No. 2723-r of October 6, 2023, a temporary restriction on entry into the Russian Federation for Ukrainian citizens will be introduced effective October 16, 2023. These restrictions do not apply to Ukrainian citizens under 14 years of age entering the Russian Federation alone or accompanied by their legal representative who is a Russian citizen. Before traveling, please ensure that your documents permit crossing the relevant borders. Due to temporary restrictions on mobile phone networks and unstable internet service near the bus station, you must have a printed copy of your e-ticket itinerary receipt with you when boarding the bus.
