Minors (under 18 years of age) may travel abroad, including to the Russian Federation, only with a passport. Starting January 20, 2026, when crossing the Russian border into Belarus, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and South Ossetia (and from these countries into the Russian Federation), children under 14 who are Russian citizens must have a passport issued in their name. One piece of baggage up to 20 kg is included in the ticket price. Small pets up to 6 kg are permitted in bags (carriers) with a waterproof, absorbent bottom. Pets must also have a tag and a registration certificate with a veterinarian's stamp confirming rabies vaccination, and, in certain cases, a veterinary certificate or veterinary certificate. The fee for each pet is 50% of the ticket price.
