Minors (under 18 years of age) may travel abroad, including to the Russian Federation, only with a passport. Starting January 20, 2026, when crossing the border with the Russian Federation into Belarus, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and South Ossetia (and from these countries into the Russian Federation), children under 14 years of age who are Russian citizens must have a passport issued in their name. The ticket price includes the cost of one piece of baggage (oversized baggage) weighing up to 40 kg (dimensions 100 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm). Hand luggage up to 5 kg (60 x 40 x 20) is free of charge. The cost of each additional baggage ticket is 10% of the ticket price.
