Please note that, in accordance with Russian Government Order No. 2723-r of October 6, 2023, "On the temporary restriction of entry into the Russian Federation for Ukrainian citizens arriving in the Russian Federation from third countries, effective October 16, 2023," Ukrainian citizens may enter the Russian Federation from third countries only through the Moscow (Sheremetyevo) multilateral air border crossing point (Moscow Region) and the Ludonka multilateral automobile border crossing point (Pskov Region). This measure does not apply to Ukrainian citizens under 14 years of age entering the Russian Federation alone or accompanied by their legal representative, guardian, or trustee who is a citizen of the Russian Federation.
